33. ársþing SSNV

33. ársþing SSNV var haldið á Hótel Laugarbakka, Húnaþingi vestra, 8. apríl nk. Dagskrá hófst kl. 14:00 með þingsetningu.

Á ársþingi SSNV eiga sæti fulltrúar sveitarfélaganna en hafa þeir einir atkvæðisrétt sem til þess eru kjörnir. Ársþing er opið til áheyrnar kjörnum fulltrúum í sveitarstjórnum, framkvæmdastjórum og starfsmönnum sveitarfélaga og starfsmönnum SSNV og tengdra verkefna á Norðurlandi vestra. Stjórn samtakanna er heimilt að bjóða til þingsins aðilum sem tengjast umfjöllun og starfi samtakanna, með málfrelsi og tillögurétti. Alþingismenn úr Norðvesturkjördæmi hafa rétt til setu á ársþingi með heimild til að ávarpa þingið. Ársþing SSNV fer með æðsta vald í málefnum samtakanna.
